Mobile 2.0: Where is the money in mobile advertising?

YOOSE has not been part of the Mobile 2.0 event in the valley this year, but one of the conference organizers Rudy de Wale from m-trends.org has written a good summary of the event.

The leading questions are: How viable is mobile advertising in an economic slowdown? How will the current economy impact businesses that derive revenues from mobile advertising? Can mobile advertising count on VC funding?

    Hello Yoosers. I am developer participating in SeedCamp 09. I’ve submitted my idea and have been chosen to continue with some other 20 ventures to the next stage of the mini-seedcamp event.

    I’ve been hoping that as part of the Seedcamp spirit of sharing knowledge and experience between startups in their different stages I could consult with your proven expertise.

    I am currently working on my five minute presentation that will take place in six days time, on the mini-seedcamp event. However, I find it extremely difficult summarizing my idea into just five minutes of talk. I’ve been hopeful that perhaps you could share some of your experience with me, regarding your understanding of what the seedcamp team looks for in these five minutes of presentation.

    I’d be enormously grateful if you could perhaps reference me to your presentation, to get a better understanding of what I should aim at and how to do so. I am sure that you can understand where I am coming from, and the fact that you got to such an advance stage of the competition proves that beyond doubt.
